EDGERTON, Kan. – New dining options are coming to Edgerton, Kansas this spring. A brand-new restaurant, IHOP, is set to open its doors in April, bringing fresh pancakes and a welcoming atmosphere to the community.
Located along Homestead Lane at 200th Street, IHOP will offer its well-known dining experience featuring classic American breakfast and diner-style meals with a menu crafted from high-quality ingredients. The restaurant aims to create a warm, family-friendly environment where locals and visitors alike can enjoy delicious meals and outstanding service.
“LV Petroleum is happy to bring IHOP to Edgerton. We look forward to serving this community and providing a place where you can relax, enjoy yourself, and have a great meal,” said Jeanette Davis with LV Petroleum, the ownership group behind the new IHOP.
The addition of IHOP aligns with Edgerton’s broader economic development goals. “ElevateEdgerton! has been focused on expanding dining options in the community as part of our long-term growth strategy,” said President James Oltman. “Bringing in a well-known and loved restaurant like IHOP is an exciting step toward enhancing our local dining amenities and supporting economic growth.”
The restaurant will also feature a variety of signature pancakes, and a full menu of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The team behind IHOP is committed to making the new establishment a go-to dining destination in Edgerton.
“We’re excited to have a new restaurant here in Edgerton,” said Mayor Donald Roberts. “IHOP will be a great place to enjoy pancakes with the kids on Saturday morning or grab a meal during a break at work. We’re continuing to work to bring new options to residents and the business community at LPKC.”
To celebrate the grand opening, IHOP will host a special ribbon-cutting event in late April. Details on the ribbon cutting will be announced soon.
