A new cafe is set to sweeten downtown Edgerton! Scoopy’s Cafe, a locally owned eatery specializing in delicious ice cream and fresh-made sandwiches, is preparing to open its doors later this spring.
Located in the heart of Edgerton’s historic downtown, Scoopy’s Cafe will offer a welcoming spot for families, friends, and visitors to enjoy a treat or a quick bite. The cafe will feature a variety of ice cream flavors, alongside a menu of freshly made sandwiches, perfect for lunch or a light dinner.
“We’re thrilled to bring Scoopy’s Cafe to Edgerton,” said owner Randy Strickling. “Our goal is to create a great family-friendly space where people can gather, enjoy tasty food, and make sweet memories.”
With a focus on quality ingredients and a friendly atmosphere, Scoopy’s Cafe aims to become a favorite hangout for locals and visitors alike. Whether stopping by for a refreshing cone on a hot summer day or grabbing a sandwich during a lunch break, guests can expect excellent service and a fun, nostalgic vibe.
“With its location in the heart of Edgerton, Scoopy’s is walkable for most people in town,” says Mayor Donald Roberts. “I can’t wait to see all the kids running in for an ice cream after playing at the splashpad outside The Greenspace this summer!”
“Edgerton is gathering momentum,” says ElevateEdgerton! President James Oltman. “We will continue our push to share Edgerton’s story to bring more amenities to this wonderful community.”
Scoopy’s Café is located at 320 E. Nelson, across the street from The Greenspace. Grand opening details will be announced soon.
